Susan's Rapid Weight Loss Plan:
My name is Susan i was 183 pounds and through 3 months of Rapid Weight Loss plan, i am 148 pounds now! And I am still keep reducing pounds!  I want to share my Rapid Weight Loss
plan with all of the people who has the overweight problem.
6:30, 5 mins before getting up: Best time to Shaping your body and reducing the fat belly:
In the 5 mins before you getting up, i practices cobra's-like yoga movement, the short 5 minutes may make your waist tight. Make 20 times of deep breath will be also effective to reach the Rapid Weight Loss effect on the fat belly.
6:50 Drink a cup of warm water to get detoxification and start the Rapid Weight Loss for a whole day:
Drink a glass of warm water which is at least 200 ml. The water can speed up the metabolism, get detoxification. The effect of drink water is beeter than any kinds of soft drinks or coffee!
7:00 Having Breakfast
Having a nice breakfast can prevent eating too much in luch. For breakfast, i usually take cereal( such as oat bread, and bread, etc.), fruits and a cup of yoghourt.
